Our story
- The Preloved Bag Boutique is an online accessory company, based in London and founded during the global pandemic in 2021.
- During the pandemic, I realised that a life long passion of owning a Mulberry handbag was not out of reach and was entirely achievable!
- Whilst in Lockdown, I purchased my first gorgeous Mulberry bag that was preloved. It was as good as new, just without the 'brand new' price tag!
- I searched site after site to find the best deal and the right bag for me and this made me realise that there is a whole world of Preloved items out there waiting for new homes and owners, but without the high price tag that is often associated with luxury goods.
- It has since become a passion of mine to help others be able to experience what I did by making it a reality to own your own luxury designer items, alongside the feeling that comes with it - especially when you save money at the same time!!

Products
- We don't have a physical store, only an online presence which means that we can save additional costs and pass these on to you as the customer.
- We mostly sell Mulberry, Coach, Gucci & Louis Vuitton along with other brands such as YSL, Dior, Prada and many others.
- We also sell small leather goods as well as the occasional Tiffany & Co Jewellery items.
- Items for sale are described honestly and Images provided highlight the exact condition of the item as well as the description being as honest and as accurate as possible. So you know exactly what you are purchasing!
- All our items go through a thorough assessment and will only be listed once all criteria has been met such as: the condition of the exterior, the interior and the hardware, the age of item and whether it comes with dustbag/box etc etc.
- Items are authenticated by an external professional authentication service. However, Mulberry is authenticated in house but a certifcate can be obtained if you wish.

- The environment is always on everyone's minds and even through the delivery and distribution of our items we keep this at the very forefront, so no plastics are used in our packaging process and all our packaging is recyclable.
- We provide excellent customer service and we are confident that by choosing to buy Preloved you are reducing your own carbon footprint that will only have a positive impact on the planet.
