Shipping policy

UK and Northern Ireland:

All of our items are dispatched via the Royal Mail Special Delivery service.  Delivery will be added as an additional charge at checkout.   We use Royal Mail's Special Delivery service which typically takes between 1-2 working days, not including weekends & bank holidays. Dispatch times on standard delivery is between 2-4 working days and express delivery means the item(s) will be dispatched on the next available working day. Please choose “express delivery” at checkout for this service.

Please be assured the item is fully insured via this method of delivery.  

Internationally:

We can ship any item(s) internationally.  For international delivery, specific charges will apply to the specified country location and these will be added at checkout.  
Please be aware that you, as the customer, will be liable for any additional customs and import charges that may be payable.  
The Preloved Bag Boutique will have no liability or responsibility for these additional charges.
