This is a beautiful Brooklyn Saddle bag from Michael Kors with silver tone hardware and an oversized tassel.

This saddle bag reimagines the classic equestrian design with its rich pebbled leather and is adorned with mini grommet hardware on the top flap and larger grommets on a wide guitar style long leather strap which makes it a great cross body bag.
